July 30 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's lender TTK Banka [MSE:TTK] said it made a net profit of 40.6 million denars ($782,000/657,000 euro) in the first half of 2021, up 33% year-on-year.
TTK Banka's net interest income fell to 130.8 million denars in the period under review, from 135.2 million denars the year before, while net fee and commission income jumped to 92.7 million denars from 61 million denars, the bank said in an interim financial statement on Thursday.
The bank's assets were flattish at 8.8 billion denars at the end of June, compared with the end of 2020.
Loans and advances to customers other than banks fell to 5.3 billion denars at the end of June, from 5.4 billion denars the end of 2020, while deposits from customers other than banks were flat at 7.2 billion denars.
