February 26 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's textile products manufacturer Teteks [MSE:TETE] is proposing to distribute a gross dividend of 110 denars ($2.2/1.8 euro) per share for 2020, it said on Friday.
Teteks intends to pay out 45.6 million denars as dividend for last year from its net profit achieved in 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.
The shareholders of the company will vote on the proposal at a meeting scheduled for March 30.
Teteks paid a gross dividend of 36.67 denars per share for 2019.
The company's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on February 19 at a price of 1,800 denars.
The company's consolidated net profit more than doubled to 78.2 million denars in 2020 from 37.7 million denars a year earlier.
