PODGORICA (Montenegro), October 19 (SeeNews) – Montenegro’s total power consumption in September declined by 6% on the year to 192.4 GWh, the country's power grid operator Crnogorski elektrodistributivni sistem (CEDIS) said.
Region 2, comprising the municipalities of Podgorica, Danilovgrad and Cetinje, accounted for the largest share, 39%, of total power consumption in September, CEDIS said in a statement on Saturday.
Household electricity consumption in Montenegro declined 4% year-on-year to 88.62 million kWh in September, according to figures posted on the website of the country's power utility Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG).
On a monthly comparison basis, household electricity consumption in Montenegro fell by 8.9% in September, figures showed.
