July 27 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin port operator Luka Kotor [MNG:LUKO] closed 2020 with a net loss of 2.145 million euro ($2.542 million), a bourse filing showed on Tuesday.
The company's consolidated loss for last year stood at 2.194 million euro, according to a company filing to the Montenegro bourse following a July 23 shareholders meeting.
Out of its 1.049 million euro net profit for 2019, the company allocated 5% to reserves, paid in dividend an overall 583,052 euro and kept as undistributed profit 398,701 euro.
According to the stock exchange data, it paid a dividend of 0.43 euro per share for 2019.
The company's shares last traded on July 6, when they closed at 4.5 euro, down 5.86% from the previous closing price.
