February 1 (SeeNews) - Macedonian trading company Tehnometal-Vardar [MSE:MEH] has divested its entire shareholding of 20.43% in local catering company Ugotur [MSE:RZUG], Ugotur said.
Tehnometal-Vardar sold its 176.977 Ugotur shares to an individual investor - Natasha Mileva - between January 20 and 26, Ugotur said in a statement filed with Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE).

According to MSE data, the shares changed hands for 1.24 million denars ($21,460/20,000 euro).
Skopje-based Ugotur ended 2015 with a pre-tax loss of 4.2 million denars.
Fersped Broker, an unit of Macedonia's biggest forwarding company Fersped, owns 24.37% of Ugotur. In November, businessman Nikola Kamchev bought 24.37% stake in Ugotur from fuel retailer Makpetrol.
Tehnometal-Vardar is active in the trade with marble, steel, iron, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, equipment, machines, wine, and food.
