September 30 (SeeNews) - Macedonia posted a current account surplus of 69.2 million euro ($77.6 million) for July, compared to a surplus of 22 million euro in the same month of last year, the country's central bank, NBRM, said on Friday.
The improvement came on the back of a drop in the trade deficit, by 18.8% year-on-year to 140.4 million euro, the data indicated.
NBRM revised the June current account data to a gap of 27.9 million euro from an initially reported shortfall of 22.6 million euro.
