September 28 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's trade company Gemak has officially opened its first hotel, a project worth 15 million euro ($16.8 million), local media reported on Wednesday.
The hotel is located in City Park in Skopje, near the Vardar river, Macedonian news agency MIA said.
The five-star Park Hotel & Spa has 80 luxury rooms, a spa centre, fitness hall, bar and restaurant.
Gemak is a Macedonian trading company, specialising in the wholesale of alcohol and tobbaco. It was founded in 1991 in Skopje. In 2001 the company established a subsidiary in Kosovo under the name Gekos.
