SKOPJE (Macedonia), January 6 (SeeNews) – Macedonian state-owned air navigation service provider, M-NAV, has called a tender for the supply of a voice communication system (VCS) for air traffic control, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said.
The tender envisages the supply, installation and commissioning of a VCS system at Skopje Airport, on-site works required for the installation of Local Area Network and cabling, as well as supply of training, documentation and the necessary spares, the EBRD said in a notice posted on its website on Thursday.
M-NAV has received a loan from EBRD for the project for updating its air navigation system, which has a total estimated cost of approximately 13 million euro ($13.7 million).
Requirements for companies intending to submit a tender offer include having a sufficient manufacturing capacity, experience in installing VCSsand having sufficient financial means to meet the required cash flow.
