July 23 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed Friday's session higher, with fuel trader Petrol [LJE:PETG] leading the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Petrol's shares rose 1.36% to 448.0 euro on Friday, LJSE data showed. Pharmaceuticals company Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the highest turnover on the bourse of 726,822 euro ($854,816).
At the other end, port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] paced the blue-chip decliners, with shares closing 0.81% lower at 24.60 euro.
LJSE's total turnover increased to 1.3 million euro on Friday, compared with 688,179 euro generated on Thursday.
The blue-chip SBITOP index rose 0.69%, ending at 1,141.29 points on Friday. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also rose 0.67%, closing at 1,305.28 points.
