A holiday complex is under construction at the foot of Orpheus rocks near Smolyan. The concept is for a settlement in proximity with Smolian lakes combining ethnic architecture with luxury and comfort of a modern house.
The investor is JK Holding - Plovdiv, the design was made by VProekt with leading architect Kamelia Peshunova, the site is 5,829 sq. m, the built-up area is 1,724 sq. m, the gross-floor area is 11,269 sq. m. The complex comprises 85 apartments in a G-shape. The building has one underground, one semi-basement, four above ground floor and an attic level. On the ground floor there is a parking zone, technical facilities and a modern SPA centre, with a swimming pool, a fitness gym, a sauna and a steaming bath. The apartments are 10 studios, 65 one-room apartments, nine two-room apartments as well as a two-level apartment in the attic level.
The construction works are to start this summer.
