BANCA TRANSILVANIA Cluj - TLV: The face value of the share changed from RON 0.1 to RON 1. On September 2, Banca Transilvania shareholders decided within Extraordinary SGA the change of share s face value from RON 0.1 to RON 1, without changing the value of the bank s share capital. Following to this decision, the new number of shares of Banca Transilvania will be 507.334 Mn vs 5.07 Bn currently. Another consequence of the above mentioned decision is the modification of the price range from (RON 0.28 - RON 0.4) to (RON 2.8 - RON 4), within the bank s Board of Directors is mandated to buy-back shares up to a maximum of 5% of the total bank s shares for a period of maximum 18 months. The shareholders of the bank were informed about the finalization of the selling transaction representing 25% of Asiban, for which the bank cashed in EUR 87.5 Bn. The registration date (transaction date) of the Extraordinary and Ordinary SGA is September 16. (Source: Banca Transilvania)

TRANSELECTRICA Bucuresti - TEL: Transelectrica is considering listing 10% of its shares on the BSE. Next spring, Transelectrica, national power grid operator, is considering listing another stake of 10% of its shares on the BSE, if the market conditions are favorable. The decision came after canceling the listing scheduled for 2008, due to the poor market conditions. (Source: Mediafax)

Net investments in Romania s economy reach EUR 8.8 Bn in H108(+c32%YOY). Net investments in the domestic economy reach EUR 8.8 Bn in H108, up c32%YOY. The highest part of the net investments was attracted by industry (36%), followed by commerce and services sector (28.3%), while the construction sector accounted for 20.5% of the total.
