ROMPETROL RAFINARE Constanta – RRC: Rompetrol to be listed abroad in 2-3 years. On the occasion of the European Energetic Forum, organized in Sofia at the end of last week, Dinu Patriciu voiced the listing of Rompetrol group on a foreign exchange within the next two - three years, when the company’s annual turnover will reach EUR 12-15 Bn. The reason he wants to list the company abroad is the lack of liquidity of the Romanian Stock exchange, and until the listing, he will give up a 10% - 25% stake in the company in order to get the necessary liquidity. PETROLEXPORTIMPORT Bucuresti – PEI: 25% decrease of the revenues. In the first three months of the year, Petrolexportimport’ s revenues declined by 25%, down to RON 7.55 Mn (EUR 2.3 Mn), the company registered losses of RON 830,000, after a profit of RON 194,000 registered in the same period of last year. The company’s turnover declined by 22.6% down to RON 7.4 Mn. For this year, the company forecasts a gross profit almost equal to the one posted last year, namely RON 1.52 Mn. In Q1 2007, the forex inflows were worth RON 1.86 Bn (EUR 553.6 Mn) while the forex outflows accounted for RON 1.14 Bn (EUR 338.2 Mn). In April 2007, the forex inflows accounted for RON 331.88 Mn (EUR 99.51 Mn) and the outflows for RON 240.93 Mn (EUR 72.24 Mn), the net foreign invetments accounting for RON 90.94 Mn (EUR 27.27 Mn), down 65% compared to March 2007.
