LIDO Bucuresti - LIDO: Nova Trade offers RON 19.6 Mn (EUR 5.5 Mn) for 93.38% in Lido Bucuresti. Nova Trade runs a takeover bid for 93.38% in Lido Bucuresti between 26 August and 15 September. The amount offered for the above mentioned stake is RON 19.6 Mn (EUR 5.5 Mn), namely a price of RON 1.7 per share that leads to a discount of c21% as compared to the average price recorded on Rasdaq during last week. NPC estimates for 9M08 a trade deficit of EUR 16.47 Bn. The National Prognosis Commission (NPC) estimates for 9M08 a trade deficit of EUR 16.47 Bn compared to EUR 15 Bn in 9M07. In H108, the trade deficit accounted for EUR 10.79 Bn compared to EUR 9.7 Bn in H107. NPC also estimates for 9M08 a 20% YOY increase in the total exports to EUR 25.83 Bn, while total imports are estimated to increase by 15% YOY to EUR 42.3 Bn. At the same time, the Ministry of Finance, Varujan Vosganian, estimates for H108 an economic growth of 8.6%, after a GDP increased by 8.2%YOY in Q108 and 8.9%YOY in Q208. Moreover, he stated that the current account deficit will slowdown to 14% of GDP this year, as it stood at 15.2% from GDP in H108 from 15.7% YOY.
