market Highlights
Renewed wave of selling interest pushed down Orgachim (5ORG: 176.00; - 8.33%) to BGN 175.20 and sent BG40 in the red. Lead & Zink Complex (5OTZ: 27.80; -7.34%) also was under pressure. The company was subject of several market sell orders in thin volumes but the wide price spread additionally pushed down the position. Buyers backed-off and the main index closed almost unchanged after a volatile session. The overall traded volumes remained subdued and speculators continued to predominate on the market. Chimimport (6C4: 8.60; +1.17%) continued the positive trend and was the most traded position by number of deals on Thursday’s session. Corporate Commercial Bank (6C9: 90.80; +0.17%) was the best performer among banking sector in unusually thin volumes.
The short selling and margin deals were leaded on BSE on Thursday. The new kind of deals will be gradually available for market participants.
