BUCHAREST (Romania), April 7 (SeeNews) - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said on Monday it would lend 5.0 million euro ($7.8 million) to the leasing arm of Romania's Banca Transilvania to finance small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
