Changes in the T-HT Management Board

Ivana Soljan, Member of the T-HT management Board and Chief Executive of T-Com, is leaving T-Hrvatski Telekom at her own request effective from 1 October 2008.

After six years with the company, Ivana Šoljan has resigned to take up a new professional challenge, a senior position in the tourist sector, with a global investment fund. At its session held on 2 September 2008 the Supervisory Board of T-Hrvatski Telekom appointed Irena Jolić Šimović, current Member of the management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer, a Member of the management Board and Chief Executive of T-Com. At the same session Branka Skaramuča was appointed a Member of the management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer; she will also remain Member of the management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer of T-Mobile, which will result in the merging of the Chief Human Resources Officer function at the Group level. Both appointments will enter into force on 1 October 2008.
