This trading week was closed with positive results on all four indices of the BSE. The greatest growth was realized by BG40 +3.62% after the closing of the trading session on Saturday at the record-breaking 444.91 points followed by SOFIX 3.59% at 1677,2 points.
BG TR30 gained 31,19 and was closed at 1045,56 points which is a 3,07% increase. BGREIT, which includes special-purpose vehicles investing in real estate gained 0,18 points to reach 100,06 points.

This week’s most profitable shares for investors were those of Albena Invest Holding AD-Albena /ALBHL/ which went up with 20,99% for the week after 272 transactions and “closing” price after the end of the trading session of BGN 22,61.

M+S Hydraulic AD-Kazanlak /MCH/, which is a representative of all three exchange indices, joined one of the most successful companies on the BSE. Its securities saw an increase of 18,91% with some investors exchanging the shares at more than BGN 15 per share.

The closing price of Bulgarian Holding company AD-Sofia /BHC/ saw an increase of 18,50% and that of Doverie United Holding PLC-Sofia /DOVUHL/ - of 14,79%.

Negative results were recorded for the shares of CB Bulgarian American credit Bank AD-Sofia /BACB / and Neochim AD-Dimitrovgrad /NEOH/ which went down with 3.90% and 1.70% respectively.

Among the special-purpose vehicles included in the BG REIT index, the greatest increase was registered for the weekly trade closing price of Intercapital Property DevelopmentREIT-Sofia /ICPD/ 5,88% and Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund Mel Invest REIT-Sofia /ALOFMI/ 3.33%.

The most popular company during this week was Chimimport AD-Sofia /CHIM/ with turnover of almost BGN 4,8 million. During this week we saw the beginning of the trade with rights of the company; against 6,5 of the issued rights, every investor will have the option to subscribe 1 of the new shares of the company for a price of BGN 11.

This was the first week of secondary public offering of the shares of Specialized Business System AD /SBS/. During the ipo in July investors purchased the securities of thecompany at issue value of BGN 68 and at the end of their first week on the exchange their price exceeded BGN 105.

On September 20 secondary trading with shares of Devin AD /DEVIN/ will start. The company issued 17 891 306 shares, each with par value of BGN 1. The price reachedduring the ipo this summer was BGN 6,10 with 11 times oversubscription.

The General Meeting of the shareholders of Zaharni Zavodi AD-Gorna Oryahovitsa /ZAHZA/ held on September 14 resolved to increase the company capital. The increasewill be made with own funds of the company kept in reserve with the capital reaching BGN 8 334 thousand from BGN 694 thousand. The persons entitled to subscribeshares will be those entered in the registers of the Central Depository as at September 28.

This was a busy week on the compensatory market with prices keeping at about 60% of the par value of these instruments. The main assumptions related to their price rise were related to the closing of the privatization sale of Toplofikatsia Ruse EAD.

Capman set to reach BGN 100m asset target
The assets of Capman’s funds have risen by 12% for the past two weeks alone and already exceed BGN 70 million. For the past three months the assets have increased by an average of 25% to 30% a month.
If the growth rate is preserved, the assets of the balanced fund, Capman Capital, and the high-risk fund, Capman Max’s, will soon reach BGN 100 million, the managing company forecast. The 100-million limit has been already topped by the funds of DSK Asset management and Raiffeisen Asset management.
The assets attracted by the balanced fund currently total BGN 15.7 million, those of the high-risk fund stand at BGN 54.8 million.
