



































The negative trend continued also in the course ofprevious week. All four exchanges’ indices lost part of its positions and closed on negative territory.
Most considerable drop was demonstrated by large index BG40, which lost 24,98 points up to level of 562,21 points or drops by 4,25% as compared with previous week. In Monday session only this index lost 4,60% of its value.
SOFIX lost 67.64 points, which represents a drop by 3,58% up to the level of 1823,36 points.
As for BG TR30 the decrease there is by 3,52%, and after the closing of stock exchange session in Friday the index finished at level of 1151,44 points.
The index, which includes special purpose vehicles (SPV) or REIT, investing in real estates closed at level of 103,37 points and recorded a drop by 1,58%.

Considerable part of the companies traded on the Bulgarian Stock exchange in course of the week closed its trading with negative values.
Among the companies included in relevant indices most significant price decrease recorded the securities of Bulgarska Roza-Sevtopolis AD-Kazanlak / SEVTO/ - by
10,43%, followed by Albena Invest Holding AD-Albena / ALBHL/ and Neochim AD / NEOH/, recorded drop by 9.83% and 8,89%, respectively.
The companies included in index SOFIX only the securities of Toplivo AD-Sofia / TOPL/ and Bulgarian Telecommunication company AD-Sofia / BTC/ closed trading with
positive values, 3,08% and 0,18%, respectively.
The securities of Plovdiv-Yuri Gagarin BT PLC-Plovdiv /GAGBT/ closed the weekly trading by highest rise of 7,26%, followed by the ones of Industrial Capital Holding
AD-Sofia / HIKA/ - 3,29%.
The investors purchased securities by Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT-Sofia /BREF / lost 7,79%, those with securities in Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund Mel Invest REIT-Sofia / ALOFMI / - 6,67%, and on the contrary, the ones acquired securities in BenchMark REIT-Sofia / BMREIT/ and Intercapital Property Development REIT-Sofia / ICPD/ gained 4,61% and 3,50%, respectively.
The shares of Hydroizomat АD will start trading on Monday, 12 November. The sale procedure will be under method of closed mixed auction, where will be offered 300
thous. shares at minimum price of BGN 8,5. Hydroizomat АD is a part of economic group of Doverie Obedinen Holding AD. Majority shareholders in the company are
Industrialen Holding Doverie with 56,04%, Borislav Nedyalkov with 20,2%, Zheko Zhekov with 9,62% and Balgarska Indistria EOOD with 3,39%.
On 12 November will start also the trading of shares in the capital of Etropal AD – Etropole. The company completed second public offering, and registered emission comprises 5 000 000 shares with par value of BGN 1.00. Within the structure of the company are included 7 subsidiary companies – Dializen Centar Etropal EOOD, Etropal Trade OOD, Dializa Etropal Alpha EOOD, Dializa Etropal Beta EOOD, Dializa Etropal Delta EOOD, Dializa Etropal Gama EOOD and Dializa Etropal Sigma EOOD. Etropal АД established two joint ventures – IB Medika AD in Bulgaria and Fibra OOD in Italy, wherein the company participates together with Italian partners.
In the next week will start submission of applications for participation in initial public offering of shares under the increase of capital of CBA Asset management AD. The
method of offering is book building, such issue is in amount of BGN 3,9 million, with share’s par value of BGN 1.00 and minimal issue value of BGN 2.00 of each share.
Such ipo will be deemed as successful in case of subscribed 70% of offered shares. The core business of the company is related with design works, construction and
putting into operation of multiple retail trade outlets – including supermarkets, combined in common trade network – CBA.

Finance for All 3rd Edition Takes Place Between November 29 and December 1
More than 15 finance institutions will take part in the third edition of the financial exhibition Finance for All.
The event will be held between November 29 and December 1 in the central lobby in the National Palace of Culture (NPC). The organizer is the Bulgarian Economic Forum.
This is the only exhibition of financial products in Bulgaria, directly targeting clients. The aim is to gather some of the most respectable financial institutions in Bulgaria under one roof.
More than 15 banks, insurers investment intermediaries and mutual funds will present their work and special offers in the areas of crediting, deposits, insurance, and investment.
Among this year’s exhibitors are Capman Financial Group, United Bulgarian Bank, DSK Bank, Post Bank, International Asset Bank, Alfa Bank, Varchev Finance, KD investments, Lev Ins etc.
The event will open with a conference in Hall 6 of the NPC.
