Capman Financial Group – Corporate news

“CapmanMax” and “DSK Rastej” are the only funds with assets exceeding BGN 50,000,000

The assets of the Bulgarian collective investment schemes at the end of February shall be BGN 759,414, 000, as evidenced by Profit.bg. One month earlier the funds have been controlling BGN 734,995,000.00.

A reminder – at the end of 2007, the total amount controlled by the funds was BGN 890,000,000.00.

As during the former month, only two of the funds shall have assets exceeding BGN 50,000,000 – DSK Rastej and CapmanMax, while Advance Invest, Raiffeisen (Bulgaria) Balanced Fund, Raiffeisen (Bulgaria) Stock Fund and DSK Balance each control over BGN 40,000,000.00.

Statistical data indicates the Bulgarian collective investmentschemes amount to a total of 26, controlling over BGN 10,000,000.00.

Only since the beginning of this year, several new funds appeared on the market – BenchMark Fund - 4 Power Engineering, BenchMark Fund -5 CEU, Aurora Capital– Global Commodity Fund, Aurora Capital – Balanced, FIB - Avanguard, FIB - Classic, FIB - Guarant, Zagora Finacorp Balanced Find, Elana Dollar Fund and Raiffeisen (Bulgaria) Balanced Dollar Fund.

The negative trends on the Bulgarian Stock exchange continue its surge. At the end of the week, all four stock exchange indices have fallen into negative territory.
The broad BG40 index has dropped, concluding the weekat levels 1359.72 points, which marks a drop of 5.50% compared to the previous week, marking the most significant reduction. SOFIX and BGRT30 finished the business week at levels 1359.72 and 873.71 points respectively, dropping by 4.89% and 4.23%. BGREIT – the index for special investment companies has dropped by 1.01% down to 100.10 points.

The Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Stock exchange – Sofia AD has taken decisions to change the structure of the indexes SOFIX, BG40 and BGREIT. The index change shall occur March 13th, 2008. The index SOFIX shall incorporate CB Corporate Trade Bank AD – Sofia, CB First Investment Bank AD – Sofia, Lead and Zinc Complex AD – Kardzhali, Holding Roads AD – Sofia. Thus the number of companies incorporated in the first stock exchange index shall be 19. The company Petrol AD shall be removed from the index structure.

Alkomet AD – Shumen, Oil and Gas research and Extraction – Sofia, Favourite Hold AD – Sofia, Polimeri AD – Devnya, EMKA AD – Sevlievo and Dekotex AD – Sliven shall be removed from the structure of the broad index BG40 and Moststroy AD – Sofia, CB Corporate Commercial Bank AD – Sofia, Devin AD – Devin, Aroma AD – Sofia, Elhim Iskra AD – Pazardzhik and Lomsko Pivo AD – Lom shall be added to the index structure.

The Prime Property BG ADSIC – Sofia shall be removed from the structure of the the index, including special investment companies and Aggro Finance ADSIC – Sofia and Exclusive Property ADSIC – Sofia shall be added to the index structure.

Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria has declared net consolidated revenue to the amount of BGN 11,762,000.00 for the previous year. The revenue per share is BGN 0.07, which with regard to the current share price of BGN 2.80 forms a P/E proporation of 40.66. The company was established last year by merger of the companies from the grain business of Hinimport AD. Four affiliate companies of Zarneni Hrani shall be consolidated – Slanchevi Lachi Provadia, Slanchevi Lachi Commerce, Argo EOOD and Port Balchik AD.

The Bulgarian-American credit Bank AD shall suggest a net dividend per share to the amount of BGN 1.425 to the General Assembly of Shareholders of the bank to be held April 22, 2008. The consolidated bank revenue for the previous year has marked a 56% increase compared to 2006 and amounts to BGN 53,114,000.00. The consolidated revenue per share amounts to BGN 4.21, as compared to BGN 2.7 from the previous year.

Astera Cosmetics has submitted documents for registration of BFB - Sofia. The company emission shall be distributed into 1 705 706 shares with a nominal value of BGN 1 and the registration at the unofficial market, segment “A” is impending. The adopted stock exchange code of the emission shall be AST.
