Capman’s new renewable energy resource project to be listed on the exchange
Capman Green Energy Fund EAD is the newly established company in which Capman AD has interest, which will be investing in renewable energy resource projects. With authorized capital of BGN 500 thousand, the company is planning to list its shares on the Bulgarian Stock exchange in Sofia as Investor.bg learned from Nikolay Yalamov, Chair of the Board of Directors of MC Capman Asset management AD.
Capman AD’s share in the company is20%, where the other 80%, or a contribution of BGN 400 thousand, are of Property Developers OOD. For the purposes of the above investment, Property Developers OOD have decreased their interest in Capman Capital AD from 5,46% to 3,8% according to the weekly bulletin of Central Depository AD. The funds withdrawn amount to ca. BGN 250 thousand.

The negative trend persisted this week as well. BG indices started with negative values, as did international markets. The reshuffling of the companies making up the three indices on the exchange which was made effected March 13 had little effect and failed to stimulate the prices of the new companies included in BG40 and SOFIX.
SOFIX closedthe week with a 1.14% decrease compared to last week and the wide BG40 lost 1.10%. BGTR30 ended at 861.55 points, or 1.39% less than its level as at the end of last week. The greatest decrease was that of BGREIT with 1.72%.

The Financial Supervision Commission approved the prospectus of Biser-Oliva AD, Stara Zagora. The ipo will cover 817 733 ordinary shares of the company, each
with par value of BGN 1. The issue value per share will be in the price range of BGN 14,50 to BGN 17,50. This range has been fixed and the price at which shares will be
subscribed will not go beyond that. The sale price will be determined using the book-building method based on the quantities and prices specified in the limited and
market orders made by investors.
The Financial Supervision Commission also approved the prospectus for initial trading on the regulated market of a corporate bond issue of Euroleasing AD, Plovdiv.
The issue amounts to EUR 1 million allocated into 1 000 ordinary secured bonds, each with par value of EUR 1 000.
Mecom AD successfully completed its ipo having traded 24.4% of the offered shares where orders were made for 2 603 614 shares. The trading price was the minimum
one, or BGN 2.20 per share. The funds collected with the initial public offering, BGN 5.728 million, will be utilized to fund Mecom AD’s investment program.
On Tuesday, March 18, 2008, Doverie United Holding will have an auction for 8.3 million rights, or 3.9% of the company. To cover the issue value against all offered rights, BGN 6.64 million will be necessary.
The main shareholder of the company is Sopharma with 10.01% directly owned interest and ca. 20% owned through associated entities. The greatest part of the capital is held by over 100 000 natural persons who have become shareholders of the holding company in the course of a mass privatization procedure.
