Both stock market indices finished positively in the end of the stock week. BG40 had been moving to an ascending direction and it added 2.17 points to its value, as finished to a level of 297.6, which is a growth of 0.73%.
SOFIX added 38.48 points and it finished to 1387.78 points, which is a growth of 2.85%. The basic reason of the increase is the rise of Chimimport AD-Sofia, Bulgarian Telecommunication company ADSofia and Monbat AD shares value.

12 companies in SOFIX registered an increase for the week and 3 - a decrease. 33 companies in BG40 reported an increase and only 5 companies in this index finished with lower levels the week. 2 companies kept their shares value after the end of stock week.

Among the companies in BG40, the shares of Stara Planina Hold AD-Sofia /CENHL/ registered a growth of their value of 21.89%, which performed a split this week. Industrial Capital Holding AD-Sofia is the best-presented company. Its shareholders took a decision for split, which would be performed the next Friday.
The shares of Toplivo AD-Sofia added 10.82% for changed 20 056 shares number and average price of 25.50 lv.
Among the companies in SOFIX the shares of Monbat AD /MONBAT/ were the most winning for investors, as they added 11% to their value. Albena AD-Albena reported a growth of 9.6%, too.
The shares of Bulgarian Telecommunication company AD-Sofia / BTC / were traded on the negative territory-5.45%. The reason of that decrease is the lack of Information about the future policy, regarding to the company after its purchase of AIG Global Investment Group.
The shares of Petrol AD-Sofia lost 2.73% of their value. The following are TK-Hold PLC-Sofia TCH / and DZI Insurance & Reinsurance Plc.-Sofi/ DZI / with a drop of –1.6%.
Sopharma Properties REIT-Sofia is the best-presented company for the week, among the companies with Special Investment Purposes, with a rise of 8,58 %. Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT-Sofia is following with a growth of 7.45%.
The management of Aroma AD plans to increase triple the company capital till the end of the year. For the first three months the company reported unconsolidated profit of 1.185 million lv., compared to its profit of 83 thousands lv. for the same period a year ago.
A decision for capital increase from 130 million lv. to 150 million lv. of Himimport AD-Sofia was taken on the last General Meeting of Shareholders /June, 29/, by issue of 20 million shares with voting right, with nominal value each by 1 lv.
The purpose of this increase is the company request; the shares to be float on the highest section of BSE.
Himimport AD-Sofia reported unconsolidated profit of 11.07 million lv. for the first three months, compared to its profit of 46 thousands lv. for the same period a year ago. The reason is the positive differences from operation with financial instruments.
The trade with shares of First Investment Bank AD started on Monday to a level of 12.08 lv. In the end of the week the shares increased their value and registered a growth over 5%.

Capman Max becomes a leader in yield for June, achieving (registering) a yield of 12.15% as of 29th June 2007. In the report for compared mutual funds yield prepared by Investor BG, The Contract Fund UG market Maximum stands on the second place with realized yield of 10.77%.
Capman Max becomes a leader for the highest realized yield from the start of the year - 44.18%. Status New Shares stands on the second place with 42.06%.
Capman Mutual Funds are among the top five funds in yield. From April Capman Financial Group and General Leasing offered an opportunity for additional financing for Capman Mutual Funds clients. From June Elana clients can use Alianz Bulgaria crediting. The both services join new and fresh capital to the funds, which is stimulates the Bulgarian Stock exchange development as well.
