This week the Bulgarian Stock exchange reported another record. The broad index BG40 reached a rate of 395,8 points on Thursday and realized daily turnover over BGN 50 million. The index finished to a level of 393.09 points, which is an increase of 6.57% for the week.
SOFIX added 62 points and finished to a level of 1604,84 points with a rise of 4.02% and realized turnover over BGN 580 million.

Among the companies in BG40 the shares of Himko AD-Vratsa /HIMKO/ reported the strongest growth of 73.91% for the week, 616 transactions and realized turnover in amount of BGN 656 432.

From July 31, the company shares trading were restored after submission of report for the company activity for the first three months of 2007.

Other best-presented company is Orgachim AD-Ruse /ORGH/ with a shares value rise of 18.01% and weekly turnover over BGN 853 200 .The company shares reached to a record price of BGN 472 compared to the previous week- BGN 300.

Insurance company Euro Ins-Sofia /EURINS/ and Doverie United Holding PLC-Sofia /DOVUHL/ registered a rise over 13% in their shares value.

Web Media Group AD-Sofia /WWW/ are among the negative presented companies with a drop of 8.39% at a price of BGN 2.84. The following are M+S Hydraulic AD-Kazanlak /MCH/ with a drop of 7.85% at a price of BGN 10.10 and Toplivo AD-Sofia /TOPL/ - 7.63% at a price of BGN 27,97.

From August20 the list of companies included in the broad index BG40 will be changed. Neochim AD-Dimitrovgrad /NEOH/, Web Media Group AD-Sofia /WWW/, Biovet JSC-Peshtera /BIOV/, Hydraulic Elements & Systems AD-Yambol /HES/, Sopharma Properties REIT-Sofia /SFI/, Katex AD-Kazanlak /KTEX/, Elprom-ZEM AD-Sofia /ZEM/ and Kauchuk AD-Sofia /KAU/ will dropped out of him.

The companies, which will entered in BG40 are CB Bulgarian American credit Bank AD-Sofia /BACB/, Sparky Eltos AD-Lovech /ELTOS/, Bulgarian River Shipping AD-Ruse /BRP/, Eurohold Bulgaria AD-Sofia /EUBG/, Lead & Zinc Complex PLC-Kardzhali /OTZK/, Chugunoleene AD-Ihtiman /CHUG/, Fazerles AD-Silistra FZLES/ and Zaharni Zavodi AD-Gorna Oryahovitsa /ZAHZA/.

The report of Eurohold Bulgaria AD - Sofia was published during the week. The company nonconsolidated profit is BGN 3.45 million. The company management plans a General Meeting of Shareholders to be lead in September 14, on which a decision for issue of bonds with total nominal value to EUR 200 million for a term of 5 years will be taken.

In August 7 the new shares from capital increase of Elhim Iskra AD-Pazardzhik will be offered for trading. The company capital was increased in May with own resources from BGN 836 thousand to BGN 12 554 thousand.

For the first six months the company reported a net profit of BGN 475 thousand compared to BGN 191 thousand for the last week.

The management of Chimimport AD plans a capital increase from BGN 130 million to BGN 150 million by issue of 20 million new shares. The net consolidated profit for first six months is BGN 41.31 million compared to BGN 2 million for the same period last year. The prospectus for capital increase will be submitted in FSC next week, as the main manager of emission is Unicredit Bulbank.
