



































Irrespective of the decrease on Friday of both stock market indices, the weekly trade finished to positive levels toward the previous week. SOFIX reached 1 527,27 points, as it added 24.9 points to its value and finished the weekly trade with an increase of 1.66%. BG40 reached to a new maximum of its value to levels of over 322 points for each day of the previous week. It finished to a level of 328.04 points on Friday, which is a rise of 2.89%. The shares trading of Oil & Gas Exploration & Production AD-Sofia, Holding Varna A Co-Varna, Industrial Holding company AD-Sofia and Industrial Capital Holding AD-Sofia was the basic reason for increase of the indices.

In the frames of BG40 the shares of Oil & Gas Exploration & Production AD-Sofia /GAZ/ registered the strongest increase in their value of 21.889% at an average price of 12.48 lv. Holding Varna A Co-Varna /HVAR/ is the other best presenting company, with an increase of over 14% for the week and changed shares at a price over 49lv.
This week was the last for transactions, giving the right of participation in capital increase of Industrial Capital Holding AD-Sofia and Insurance company Euro Ins- Sofia /EURINS/, which shares added over 11% in their value.
The shares of Industrial Holding Bulgaria PLC-Sofia /IHLBL/ had been moving to an ascending direction, as this week they added 13.61% to their value at an average price of 10.85 lv. The company management plans a capital increase to 4.76 Million by issue of 17 502 693 shares number with nominal value of 1 lv. and issue value of 2.40 lv. to be vote on the next General Meeting of Shareholders in August 29. Every one of shareholders can subscribe number of shares in amount of owns by him shares multiplied by 2/3.
The shares of Elprom-ZEM AD-Sofia /ZEM/ registered an increase in their value too as they finished to a level of 23.29 lv. or 8.58%. The shares of Polimeri AD-Devnya /POLIM/ were traded at an average price of 13.69 lv. which is a rise of 8.39%.
The shares of Bulgarian Telecommunication company AD-Sofia /BTK/ and Katex AD-Kazanlak /KTEX/ registered the biggest drop with 4.66% and 4.13% respectively.
The submission of orders for purchase of shares of Specialized Business Systems AD capital increase will start on July 11. “Capman” Inc. and licensed investment intermediaries admit the orders every working day, as the deadline is July 24. The company plans to increase its capital to 5 Million by issue of new 33 620 shares number at nominal price of 50 lv.
The shares can be bought at a fixed price of 68 lv., as in the presence of extra subscription the orders will be execute proportionally.
The object of a business of the company is import, export, production, barter, re-export, exchange and other foreign trade transactions with informational, communication equipment and technologies, office automation and equipment, appliances and spare parts, as well as internal deliveries, sales, rents, leasing, serve, education, internal and international transport, shipping services, constructional and entrepreneurial activities.
Lomsko pivo AD will offer for trade 20% from its capital. Shares will be offered for trade on July 19 at a minimum price of 2.12 lv. as well as on the following two days at a price of 2.22 lv.
ipo of Devin AD is expected in the end of the month. The shares will be trade in the range between 5-8 lv.
3 000 000 shares number will be offered for trade and in the presence of interest- additional 450 000 number. The funds from capital increase will be use for increase of company activity.

Struggle for Specialized Business Systems starts on July 11, 2007
The long awaited subscription for the initial public offering of shares in IT company Specialised Business Systems (SBS) will start in less than a week on July 11, 2007. SBS plans to raise its capital to BGN 5 million through the issuing of 33,620 new shares with BGN 50 par value each. The capital of the company amounts to BGN 3,319 million at present. SBS will generate BGN 2.27 million net revenue if the ipo is successful. The market capitalisation of the company may increase to BGN 6.8 million. The issue value of the shares will be set at BGN 68 apiece, the company decided. The subscription will be considered a success if at least 25,000 shares are subscribed. If the issue is oversubscribed, the non-competitive bids will be awarded proportionately. Investment intermediary Capman will be the underwriter of the issue. SBS’ main objective is to attract small and medium investors, as they will be the ones to determine the real value of the company, Zhelyazkov added. We prefer that our stock is traded actively on BSE, rather than being purchased by large-scale funds, Zhelyazkov went on to say.
