Trade on the Bulgarian Stock exchange demonstrated relatively calm pace, without any considerable purchase transactions by institutional or foreign investors or significant changes of indices.

Leader in terms of profitableness this week is BGREIT, which increased its value by 1,32% and reached the level of 102,43 points. On positive territory closed large BG40 and equally weighted BGTR30 indices, which increased its value by 0,2% after Friday close of business, to the levels of 405,97 points and 927,28 points, respectively.

This week SOFIX reported a decrease by closingthe business on 1421,82 points, which represents a drop by 0,04%.

Following the reported increases in the previous week by more than . of its value, this week the securities of Petrol AD – Sofia / PET/ have retreated from gained positions by 2,24% after Friday close of business. The same pattern is observed in trading of securities of Ì+S Hydraulic AD - Kazanlak / MCH/, which, after reported growth by 13,37% last week, now have registered a drop slightly below 2%.

In contrary, a reverse positive trend is observed in trading of securities of Zaharni Zavodi AD - Gorna Oryahovitsa /ZAHZA/, which managed to recover from the drop registered in the previous week and added some 7% to its value. The group of winners was joined by Severkoop Gamsa Holding AD - Sofia /GAMZA/ with increase by 11,65%. The securities of this company were traded even at prices exceeding BGN 3,90.

A growth by 5% after Friday close of business have reported the securities of Sparky Eltos AD - Lovech / ELTOS/, demonstrating best performance among companies
included in SOFIX index and the ones of Fazerles AD – Silistra / FZLES/, which is now a leader of the group of companies, included in BGTR30 index.

As to the special-purpose vehicles a leading position gained the securities of BenchMark Fund REIT-Sofia / BMREIT/, which reported an increase by 6,52%.

This week started the trading of shares from capital increase of three companies. In November Sparky Eltos AD - Lovech / ELTOS/ has successfully increased its capital
from BGN 14 million to BGN 16 million, Holding Varna A ÀD-Varna / HVAR/ in December has increased its capital from BGN 1 million to BGN 2,1 million, and CB Central
Cooperative Bank AD - Sofia /CCB/ has increased its capital from BGN 72.76 million to BGN 83.16 million.

Following the successfully placed public offering of securities of Billboard AD in the end of last year and its entering into the register of public companies, this week is to
start also the secondary trading of shares. The issue amounts to BGN 7.5 million, each share having par value of BGN 1.

On 25 February will start the procedure for capital increase of Doverie United Holding AD - Sofia / DOVUHL/. The shares offered for subscription are 876 657, having
issue value of BGN 12 each. The number of issued rights is 13 149 848, i.å. against every 15 rights will be subscribed 1 new share. According to the procedure for capital
increase, it will be deemed as successful one, in case that at least 701 325 new shares will be subscribed. Deadline for subscription is March 7, and on March 18 will be
held an auction for unused rights.

Another public company is to appear on the floor of the Stock exchange. The Financial Supervision Commission approved a prospectus, allowing the shares of the capital of cosmetic company Astera AD, Sofia to be traded on regulated share market. The issue amounts to BGN 1 705 706, each share having par value of BGN 1.

Property Developer Earns BGN 1 mln. from Stocks

Bulgaria’s Densi Stroy has earned nearly BGN 1 million from an investment in Capman Capital. The construction company bought 90,130 shares in the balanced mutual fund in late 2006, when the price was about BGN 22.10, i.e. the total investment amounted to nearly BGN 2 million. Since then Capman Capital’s shares have appreciated by 62% and currently stand at some BGN 35.
Such investments should not have a short-term horizon, Dessislava Kaliskova, investor relations director at Capman Mutual Funds, told the Pari daily. Investors have to hold the shares for at least one to three years.
Densi Stroy sold its first 10,000 shares in Capman Capital in July 2007. A couple of days ago it emerged that it had disposed of its last holdings in the fund.
Majority owner of Densi Stroy with73% of the capital is Densi-M, which in turn is owned by Marin Zgurev, a property developer.
