



































This week both stock market indices finished differently. SOFIX lost 25.61 points toward previous Friday and finished the stock week to a level of 1579.23 points, which is a drop of 1.6%.
BG40 finished the week with a rise of 1.28% to a level of 398.12 points.

The shares of Katex AD-Kazanlak /KTEX/ registered the strongest growth this week, increasing value with 17.71% to BGN 26.72. The following this week are the shares of Albena Invest Holding AD-Albena /ALBHL/, because of good financial indexes in presented six-month unconsolidated reports. The company reported a profit in amount of BGN 1.49 million before taxation, toward BGN 1.12 million the same period last year. As a result the company shares reached a record levels at a price over BGN 21.
Among the companies with special investment purposes Advance Terrafund REIT-Sofia /ÀTERA/ and Elana Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund REIT-Sofia /ELARG/ are the best presented, with a growth of 6.25% to BGN 2.04 and 6.10% to BGN 2.26 respectively.
The shares of Orgachim AD-Ruse /ORGH/ reached a record value this week over BGN 527 for a share. The shares increased their value with 6.05% at an average price of BGN 438.82.
Neochim AD-Dimitrovgrad /NEOH/ registered the biggest turnover for the week - BGN 12, 555 million for 493 transactions and an average price of BGN 63. The weekly growth is 5.26%.
Himko AD-Vratsa /HIMKO/ reported a drop with 42.50% this week as the shares were changed at a price of BGN 0.23.
Hydraulic Elements & Systems AD-Yambol /HES/ is a loser too with a drop of 12% for the week. Elprom-ZEM AD-Sofia /ZEM/ and Chimimport ADSofia finished the stock week with negative values too, losing 8.27% and 5.26% respectively.
The management of Sparky Eltos AD-Lovech /ELTOS/ taken a decision for capital increase from BGN 14 million to BGN 16.8 million by issue of 2.8 million new shares with nominal value each by BGN 1 and emission value - BGN 16.
One right would be given for an each share as each five rights give a possibility for registration of a new share at emission price. The company prospectus for capital increase will be submitted till the end of September. The four-year investment program will be financed by this capital increase.
The shares from capital increase with 27 800 328 shares number of Bulgarian River Shipping AD-Ruse will be trade from Monday. On 20 August the company shares will be included in BG40.

Capman Mutual Funds with 300 per cent increase in assets
Capman Capital Investment Fund $ Capman Max Mutual Funds pooled more than 50 mln. BGN.
Mutual funds managed by Capman Financial Group reported last week increase in assets with 300 per cent from the start of 2007. As at today the assets of ‘Capman Mutual Funds’ exceed the limit of BGN 50 mln.
Investment fund Capman Capital pooled BGN 13.8 mln. The fund is with balanced investment profile. According to its prospectus 50% of its assets could be invested in shares and the remaining the fund distributed between bonds and treasuries. Currently the investment company has the following asset structure: 7.05% - government securities, 49.98% - shares in companies traded on the Bulgarian Stock exchange, 6.74% - shares in companies with special investment purpose, 16.78% - bonds and 19.45 % of company’s assets are distributed in cash and cash equivalents.
Capman Capital’s yield since the start of the year amounts to +43.86%. Capman Max mutual fund is the second investment scheme in the family of Capman Financial Group. The group follows aggressive investment policy and focuses on shares. The volume of assets collected by Capman Max amounts to BGN 36.7 mln.
