



































Majority shareholders in Bosnian commercial bank Nova Banka have agreed to sell the bank and have hired London-based Nomura International to advise on the procedure, media reports showed.
Poteza Adriatic Fund Amsterdam and other shareholders have agreed on the deal. Besides the fund, the International Finance Corporation has a 8.0 pct stake in the bank, Bosnian businessman Slobodar Radanovic has 5.4 pct, Prva Group has 5.1 pct, investment management company INC has 4.5 pct and Goran Avlijas has 4.5 pct.
No further details were available.
