September 22 (SeeNews) - The gross written premiums (GWPs) of insurance companies operating in Kosovo rose 14.3% year-on-year to 75.3 million euro ($74.2 million) in the January-July period, central bank data showed.
Kosovo insurers' net profit totalled 4.3 million euro at the end of July, up from 4.2 million euro a year earlier, according to data published by the central bank.
The assets held by Kosovo insurance companies increased to 254.5 million euro at the end of July, from 238.6 million euro at the end of 2021.
