April 8 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said it held 724,997 of its own shares as of Thursday, representing 0.897649% of the company's issued share capital, after repurchasing 2,328 own shares.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 828 shares at an average price of 193 kuna ($30.2/25.4 euro) apiece on April 6 and 1,500 shares at an average price of 192.97 kuna on April 7, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into 80.76 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.7% of HT.
The company’s shares traded 0.52% lower at 192.5 kuna by 1230 CET on Thursday on the ZSE.
