September 30 (SeeNews) - Insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] generated the highest turnover among the blue chips on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Friday, as stock indices edged up, bourse data showed.
A total of 2,310 Dunav shares changed hands in a turnover of 2.7 million dinars. Dunav went up 0.08% to 1,183 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.02% at 827.37 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.01% at 1,716.95.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 71.5 million dinars ($594,800/609,500 euro) on Friday, up from 2.2 million dinars on Thursday, as 54 transactions were carried out.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 67.4 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Friday.
In the period between September 26 and 30, BELEX15 went down 1.65%, while BELEXline went down 0.75%.
The total value of trading on the Belgrade stock market this week was 195.4 million dinars, versus 36.3 million dinars last week.
Treasury bonds trading turnover totalled 165.0 million dinars this week, up from 3.6 million dinars last week.
