April 8 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping company Tankerska Next Generation [ZSE:TPNG] said it has bought back 399 own shares at a price of 45.4 kuna ($7.1/6 euro) each.
Tankerska Next Generation bought the shares in two transactions, on April 1 and April 6, on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE), it said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Following the transactions, the company holds 28,019 of its own shares representing 0.3208% of its total share capital.
Tankerska Next Generation's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on April 6, closing flat at 45.4 kuna.
Tankerska Next Generation said in November 2020 that it plans to buy back up to 110,000 own shares worth up to 5 million kuna by the beginning of November 2021.
