December 15 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Privredna Banka Zagreb [ZSE:PBZ-R-A] said on Thursday it has sold its 31.20% share in Intesa Sanpaolo Card for 33.4 million euro.
The buyer is a company owned entirely by Mercury UK Holdco Limited, PBZ said in filing to the Zagreb bourse.

According to data from Intesa Sanpaolo Card's website, prior to this transaction the company's shareholders were Intesa Sanpaolo Holding International S.A. Luxembourg with a stake of 53.46%, Privredna Banka Zagreb with 31.20% and Slovenia's Banka Koper with 15.34%.
In May, PBZ's parent said it has entered into a sale-and-purchase agreement to sell the total share capital of its subsidiaries Setefi and Intesa Sanpaolo Card to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mercury UK Holdco Limited.
Intesa Sanpaolo Card was co-founded in 2009 by Croatian lender Privredna Banka Zagreb (PBZ), Banka Koper and Intesa Sanpaolo Holding International Luxembourg.
Earlier this week, PBZ also said it has divested its 9.32% share in Slovakian VUB Asset Management to Eurizon Capital Luxembourg for 3.1 million euro.
