December 3 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) kept on rising on Friday for a second day in a row, supported by higher turnover, bourse data showed.
The 19-share equity CROBEX gained 0.50% to finish at 1,919.44 points. The narrower index CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, went up 0.61% to close at 1,134.37 points.
Closed-end investment fund Slavonski Zatvoreni Alternativni Investicijski Fond (SZAIF) [ZSE:SLPF], which is not part of the indices, was the most traded stock with a turnover of 1.5 kuna ($209,000/199,000 euro), as its shared surged 22.83% to end at 22.60 kuna.
Lender Zagrebacka Banka [ZSE:ZABA] ranked second by turnover with 912,800 kuna as its shares added 0.31% to end at 64.20 kuna.
In lower turnovers, blue chip consumer goods distributor Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR] rose 1.21%, electrical equipment manufacturer Koncar [ZSE:KOEI] increased 1.20% and preferred shares of holding company Adris [ZSE:ADRS2] went up 0.82%.
The bourse's regular trading turnover rose to 5.6 million kuna from 2.9 million on Thursday, while the overall turnover surged thanks to a 9.4 million kuna block deal with shares of software company Span [ZSE:SPAN].
