September 18 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Wednesday it held 407,234 of its own shares as of September 18, representing 0.501399% of the issued share capital.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 604 of its shares at 160.95 kuna ($24.0/21.8 euro) apiece on September 16, and a further 1,124 shares at 161 kuna per share a day later, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Its share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares closed 1.25% higher at 162.5 kuna on Wednesday.
