ZAGREB (Croatia), July 20 (SeeNews) – Croatian ICT solutions provider Ericsson Nikola Tesla [ZSE:ERNT] said it is holding 2,401 own shares, representing 0.18% of the company's capital, after repurchasing 2,000 shares last week.
On Wednesday, the company bought back 1,000 shares at a weighted average price of 1,620 kuna ($254 /215.8 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Monday.
On Thursday, it bought back 946 shares at the same weighted average price of 1,620 kuna per share. On Friday, it repurchased 54 shares at a weighted average price of 1,615 kuna apiece.
The company buys back own shares to distribute them to its employees under bonus and loyalty programmes.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla's shares closed at 1,605 kuna on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Monday, down 0.62% from the the closing price on Friday.
