July 15 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified holding Djuro Djakovic Group [ZSE:DDJH] plans to cover its net loss of 9.6 million kuna ($ 1.5 million/ 1.3 million euro) for 2020 with future profit, the company said on Thursday.
The shareholders of the company will put the proposal to the vote at their annual meeting, to be held on August 18, the group said in filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The company's total revenue amounted to 40.3 million kuna last year, while its overall costs reached almost 50 million kuna, according to the company's financial statement published in the filing.
Last year, Djuro Djakovic shareholders decided to cover a net loss of 104.5 million kuna for 2019, as well as losses of 119.2 million kuna from previous years by reducing its share capital to 2.0 million kuna from 203.06 million kuna.
The company's shares traded at 3.45 kuna on Thursday afternoon on the Zagreb bourse, up 4.55% from the last closing price.
