October 21 (SeeNews) - Croatian pharmaceuticals producer Jadran Galenski Laboratorij (JGL) said that the country's depository agency SKDD has registered its capital increase of 1.482 million kuna ($229,000/197,000 euro), from 120.56 million kuna to 122.042 million kuna.
SKDD registered on October 20 the corporate action of the capital increase, which was carried out by an issue of 14,825 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 kuna apiece, JGL said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse on Wednesday.
Following the capital increase, the company's equity capital amounts to 122.04 million kuna distributed in 1,220,425 shares with a value of 100 kuna apiece.
JGL's corporate bonds are traded on the Zagreb bourse.
