October 21 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 492,600 of its own shares as of October 21, representing 3.0% of the issued share capital, it said on Monday.
The diversified group repurchased 3,004 of its preferred shares at 500 kuna ($75.0/67.2 euro) apiece on October 17, Adris said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, it repurchased a further 2,627 of its own shares at the same price per share.
Adris' preferred shares traded 0.2% lower at 499 kuna by 1540 CET on Monday on the ZSE. The company's ordinary shares traded at 580 kuna by that time, down 0.85%.
Adris has been buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a year-long programme that will run until June 19, 2020.
