January 12 (SeeNews) - Croatian wine maker Kutjevo said on Thursday it has raised its share capital by 32.6 million kuna ($4.6 million/4.3 million euro) to 355.3 million kuna.
Kutjevo issued 651,500 new shares with a nominal price of 50 kuna each, the company said in a statement posted on the website of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Following the hike, Kutjevo's capital is divided into 5,726,429 ordinary shares and 1,380,000 ordinary shares, all with a nominal price of 50 kuna.
