July 26 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) ended slightly lower or flat on Monday in a trading session in which blue-chip food, beverages and pharmaceuticals producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] remained in the spotlight, bourse data showed.
The ZSE's blue-chip 18-share benchmark CROBEX index lost 0.07%, closing at 1,926.65 points, after scoring gains in the last two trading sessions.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, finished flat at 1,192.72 points.
Podravka generated the biggest turnover for a third straight day on Monday. Turnover from trading in Podravka's shares totalled 2.7 million kuna ($424,000/359,000 euro), as its shares ended at 586 kuna, unchanged from their closing price on Friday.
Shares of shipping company Jadroplov [ZSE:JDPL] were the biggest gainer on Monday, surging 7.78% to close at 36 kuna in a turnover of some 61,700 kuna.
The ZSE's total regular trading turnover fell to 4.5 million kuna from 5.7 million kuna on Friday.
