August 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said on Monday its consolidated net loss widened to 5 million levs ($2.85 million/2.55 million euro) in the first half from 2.7 million levs in the same period last year.
The company's consolidated operating revenues fell 1.9% on the year to 111.1 million levs in January-June, while its operating loss more than quadrupled to 3.2 million levs from 749,000 levs, it said in a bourse filing.
Synergon Holding was set up in 1996 as a privatisation fund under Bulgaria's voucher privatisation programme and transformed into a holding structure the following year. It has more than 25 subsidiaries and affiliated companies operating in various sectors of the Bulgarian economy.
