SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), October 19 (SeeNews) – The unit of UniCredit Group based in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina said on Wednesday it will pay a dividend of 755 marka ($423.1/386 euro) per ordinary share from November 22.
UniCredit Bank Mostar will also pay a dividend of 1,146.40 marka per preference share, it said in a filing with the Sarajevo bourse.
The bank has a total of 118,935 ordinary shares and 179 cumulative preference shares.
The bank’s shareholders adopted a proposal on Wednesday to distribute dividend by tapping retained profits generated in previous years.
UniCredit Mostar's net profit increased to 44.4 million marka in the first six months of this year from 41.4 million marka in 2015. Its operating profit rose to 95.5 million marka from 93.2 million marka.
The Federation is one of the two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
