The offers for the sale of real estate are valid until February 6. The sales are handled by local real estate company REMAX Direkt.
In 2015, Optima advertised the sale of 20 properties. Local media speculated at the time that the group’s financial problems may be the main reason for the move.
Oil refinery Rafinerija Nafte Brod's net loss widened to 31.4 million marka ($17.3 million/16.1 million euro) in the first half of 2016, from a loss of 28 million marka in the like period of the previous year, while peer Rafinerija Ulja Modrica recorded a slim profit of 1.5 million marka in the review period.
Nestro Petrol operates as a fuel retailer.
Optima Grupa is in charge of Russian-based Zarubezhneft’s commercial and development operations in Bosnia.
