December 4 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Мirоslаv Zоtоvic Institute said it has opened a 17.5 million marka ($10.9 million/8.9 million euro) international tender for the reconstruction and upgrade of a spa resort in Banja Luka.
The project's completion deadline is 24 months, as seen from the tender call posted on the Institute's website on Wednesday.
The deadline for submitting offers is January 15, 2021.
In August, the Serb Republic government decided to provide 10 million marka from the budget to the Dr Мirоslаv Zоtоvic Institute to co-finance the Srpske Toplice spa resort reconstruction project.
Dr Мirоslаv Zоtоvic institute purchased the spa resort at an auction in 2018, according to earlier media reports.
The Мirоslаv Zоtоvic Institute, founded in 1915, is active in rehabilitation medicine, orthopedic surgery and baromedicine. It employs some 800 people and has 600 hospital beds.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
