September 30 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's industrial sales rose by 15.6% on the year in August, after growing by an annual 26.4% in July, the country's statistical office said on Friday.
Industrial sales on the non-domestic market rose by 13.9% year-on-year in August, while sales on the domestic market grew by 17.6%, the statistical office said in a monthly report.
In August, sales of intermediate goods went up by 27% on annual comparison basis, sales of capital goods rose by 17%, and energy sales increased by 10.7%.
Sales of non-durable consumer goods dipped by 0.4% and sales of durable consumer goods were 2.9% lower.
On a monthly comparison basis, industrial sales fell 3.1% in August, after an increase of 0.3% in July.
Bosnia's industrial sales increased by 30.9% on the year in the first eight months of this year.
Its industrial sales rose by 20.5% year-on-year in 2021.
