October 11 (SeeNews) - Belgrade's stock indices ended down on Tuesday, as turnover rose, bourse data indicated.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index, tracking the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, lost 1.18% to 634.66 after gaining 0.37% on Monday.
The broader BELEXline index fell 0.77% to 1,440.91 after remaining flat in the previous trading session.
Total turnover increased to 37.5 million dinars ($337,500/304,600 euro) from 24.8 million dinars on Monday.
Industrial gases producer Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS] was the biggest blue chip gainer, adding 1.38% to 11,203 dinars with 2,302 shares changing hands. It was also the most traded blue-chip company with a daily turnover of 25.8 million dinars.
Lender Komercijalna Banka [BEL:KMBN] paced the blue chip losers, shedding 4.30% to 1,559 dinars as 640 shares were sold.
