August 22 (SeeNews) - Belgrade's stock indices ended up on Monday, as turnover fell sharply, bourse data indicated.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index, tracking the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, increased by 0.16% to 619.99 after decreasing 0.20% on Friday.
The broader BELEXline index edged up 0.15% to 1,371.76 after dropping by 0.19% in the previous trading session.
Total turnover plummeted to 3.3 million dinars ($30,200/26,700 euro) from 17.3 million dinars on Friday.
Soybean processing company Sojaprotein [BEL:SJPT] was the biggest blue chip gainer, adding 4.55% to 690 dinars with 23 shares changing hands.
Industrial gases producer Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS] paced the blue chip losers, shedding 3.45% to 10,139 dinars as 23 shares were sold.
Airport operator Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] was the most traded company with a daily turnover of 1 million dinars. The stock closed 0.79% higher at 1,026 dinars.
