January 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL-R-A] led the gainers among the blue chips on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Friday, bourse data showed.
Atlantska Plovidba shares closed 9.77% higher at 307.72 kuna ($43.7/40.9 euro), as 436 shares changed hands.
Hotel operator Turisthotel [ZSE:TUHO-R-A] generated the highest trading turnover of 1.6 million kuna. The company's shares closed 3.23% up at 3,102.30 kuna.
Diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS-R-A] led the blue-chip decliners, as its share price fell 3.81% to 595.97 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover decreased to 10.4 million kuna on Friday from 18.8 million kuna on Thursday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the ZSE rose 0.61% to 2,096.56 points, after edging up 0.21% on Thursday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, increased 0.21% to 1,210.61 points after adding 0.50% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index edged down 0.02% to 109.4344 points.
