September 27 (SeeNews) - Albania's finance ministry sold 8.4 billion leks ($69.6 million/72.3 million euro) worth of government securities at two auctions held on September 27, data by the country's central bank shows.
The finance ministry sold 7.263 billion leks worth of one-year Treasury bills that will mature on September 28, 2023, the data shows. Some 2.4 billion leks of the offer was reserved for the central bank.
The finance ministry also sold 1.15 billion leks worth of 15-year government securities with a maturity date of September 29, 2037.
