April 24 (SeeNews) - Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Wednesday, as stock indices ended up, bourse data showed.
A total of 14,340 Aerodrom shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 11.5 million dinars. Aerodrom lost 0.74% and closed at 800 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session 1.07% higher at 749.59 points.
Agricultural chemicals maker Galenika Fitofarmacija [BEL:FITO] led the blue-chip gainers' list as its share price rose 6.33% to 3,190 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.91% at 1,604.61.
The total turnover on the bourse decreased to 30.9 million dinars ($293,137/261,921 euro) on Wednesday from 631.2 million dinars on Tuesday, as 174 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the Belgrade Stock Exchange resulted in a turnover of 12.4 million dinars.
No Treasury bonds changed hands on the stock exchange on Wednesday.
