The local conference “BALREC-Bulgaria” will take place on 9th October, 2008 in Sheraton Hotel, Sofia. The event came up as a response to the changing investment climate in Bulgaria. The conference will provide a platform for discussion of the situation on the real estate market in Bulgaria as well as the major problems this sector will face in the coming years. The goal of BalREc-Bulgaria is to bring together professionals from the real estate field to debate possible solutions to the present obstacles, outline the basic trends of development of the RE market and define the parameters for success.
Following the successful format of the annual Balkan real estate conference BalREc, the local conference BalREc-Bulgaria will adopt discussion sessions with leading representatives of investment, construction and consulting companies, real estate agencies, architects, banks, leasing companies. BalREc-Bulgaria aims to attract the biggest present and future investors in the region by presenting detailed analysis of the situation of the real estate market by sectors. It also brings out the major problems as well as their constructive solutions.
The local conference precedes the Balkan Property Exhibition– BalPEx. The leading property exhibition in the region offers its participants and visitors the best platform for exchange of information about projects and services from the Balkan region and from the world’s property hotspots. This year, BalPex will take place at the same time as the NATIONAL EXHIBITION OF RUSSIA – “Russia and Bulgaria – new prospects for cooperation”, that will be held on 10 - 12 October 2008 in Inter Expo and Congress Center.
